About the Punjab Board

Punjab School Education Board was constituted in November 1960 with an aim to pave the way for promotion and regulation of secondary and higher secondary education in Punjab. It became an autonomous body when Board’s Act was amended by the State Legislature. The Board conducts the exam of 10th and 12th every year and also designs the curriculum as well as the textbooks of all the schools that are affiliated with it.
